I struggled with impulse shopping & overspending on clothes since I was 18 and got my first credit card. After over a decade, I said “enough is enough” embarked on a life-changing 90-day No-Buy challenge. The results were unbelievable: I saw a drastic change in my impulse control, personal style, physical space, mental wellbeing & financial future (that stuck)!
Since then, I have paid off over $50,000 of credit card debt and open my guilt-free closet each morning to a collection of pieces I love.
After working in the fashion industry for over 10 years, I decided it was time to leave my marketing role behind to do the opposite… use my journey to help others break the endless cycle of shopping in an age of convenience & overconsumption.

For best results, you should commit 2-4 hours per week.
This will account for weekly video modules, homework implementation, and attending one group call per week.
If you’re serious about making a change, shifting the way you spend your time is essential. Since you won’t be shopping, you’ll have more time on your hands!

The program runs from March 24 to June 30.
The first week is self-guided Onboarding to get you prepared to start the No-Buy on April 1.
Weekly group calls will be held at 2 times. You can pick which one to attend each week:
Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30pm PST.
Thursdays from 10:00-11:00am PST.Drop-in office hours will be Thursdays from 11:00am-12:00pm PST.
If you are adding 1:1 coaching sessions, they will be booked at times that work for your schedule.

Absolutely. While there may be some finance-focused info in the program that you won’t need to put in practice, there is SO MUCH content on spending money more intentionally regardless of your debt situation.

While regular attendance at the weekly group calls is critical for the best results, they will be recorded & available for replay if you occasionally have to miss one.
Peer-to-peer connection, emotional vulnerability, and creating a safe space are important elements of this program. As a participant in this limited small-group program, you are expected to have video on during group calls to help create this space.
